Good quality of the music and the lyrics is important. If this is the case, musicians can record one song at the time. All eleven other songs on the CD are from various artists, which results in a Compilation CD with different styles and languages. The CD booklet contains some background information on the artist(s), the lyrics of the song and a translation of the lyrics into English. Musicians are free to copy and sell their own CD, which enables them to generate some income. Since they are not only selling their own music, but songs of the other participating artists as well, songs of the B'ware Compilation CD are free of copyrights and actually donated to the Kenyan people.

The Compilation CD's are also presented as educational materials to any interested party. Aim is to increase involvement and fight stigmatization by spreading musical messages on how people's lives have been affected by HIV/AIDS.
